Hoefer Wysocki Architecture completed the Council Bluffs Police Headquarters in Council Bluffs, Iowa in 2018. The new law enforcement center took over a nearly 40-year-old building the department simply outgrew. The architects describe, “At 19,000 sq. ft., the original police station, attached to the Pottawatomie County Courthouse, proved too small to effectively serve the growing community.”

Opened in November of 2018, the Holiday Inn Boston Logan Airport is the first new Holiday Inn construction in the Boston area in two decades. XSS Hotels served as the project’s developers with PROCON as the builder and designer of the hotel. According to PROCON’s Co-President Lance Bennett it is the 40th collaborative project between PROCON and XSS. The 64,000 square foot hotel sits just a few miles from Boston Logan Airport and minutes away from the bustling culture of downtown Boston. The hotel is meant to provide an elegant, contemporary experience for both leisure and business travelers.
