MTFA Architecture designed a Class-A office space at 2311 Wilson Blvd in Arlington, Virginia. The mixed-use commercial space is eight-stories high featuring 150,000 square-feet of commercial space, nearly 8,000 square-feet of retail space, a 7,000 square-foot childcare facility and a 5,600 square-foot conference space. To provide an additional 6,000 square-feet of retail space a stand-alone retail pavilion was constructed as well.

The Lydian, at 400 K Street NW in Washington DC, is an over 300-unit luxury apartment complex with a captivating exterior. Developers, Quadrangle Development Corporation and The Wilkes Company, initiated the construction of the complex, which sits in the Mount Vernon Triangle adjacent to the building’s sister complex, the Lyric. The mixed-use residential structure features over 13,000 square feet of ground floor retail and restaurant space.
CEI Materials Aids Architects In First Dual-Branded Hotel In Waltham
At 250 Second Avenue in Waltham, MA sits the new dual-brand hotel, the Residence Inn/Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott. Developed by XSS Hotels, and managed by Colwen Hotels, the building features a five-story hotel over 117,000 square feet. Just outside of Boston, PROCON served as designer and construction manager of the project.
