PROCON, also of Manchester, served as the hotel’s designers and general contractors. The project overlooks the home of the New England Patriots, Gillette Stadium. Only one of two hotels at Patriot Place, Town Manager William Keegan Jr. describes, “This latest venture not only compliments their neighboring Renaissance (Hotel), but another quality hotel at this location will help further support and grow our regional economy.”
