The University Medical Center in El Paso underwent an expansion to allow additional services and clinics to the community. One of these expansive properties was the East Clinic, that as the architects at PAGE describe, “…reinforces the existing UMC visual identity by using many of the same materials and elements used at the front door and lobby of the hospital that anchors the health care network, providing patients with a sense of familiarity.”

The building, which features three-stories over 65,000 square-feet, sits on the prominent corner of Commerce Way and Portsmouth Boulevard.

Park 80 West in Saddle Brook, NJ has had numerous renovations over the years. Renovated in 2003, and then again in 2014, and 2016, the building has adapted to the new standard for “dynamic, engaging workspaces,” the owners describe. The commercial complex consists of two plazas, a total of over 500,000 square feet, and is currently pending LEED certification.
